You are jumping the gun, there has been no investigation or descision made yet.

As I said, I'm taking the OP at face value. If you want to take the debate down another path and discuss whether the OP was accurate or not, fair enough, but that's another matter.
So when a criminal is beating up an old lady in the street, how would you stop them? Harsh Language? Bribery?
I have seen people standing around watching or walking past when a woman was attacked in the street. I always wondered what sort of person they were, I have an idea now.

I thought I'd been clear enough that I'm talking about DV. Maybe not clear enough for some people like yourself. Nice strawman, by the way.

We get it, you're an idiot.

When faced with such a detailed and enlightened argument, I'm truly stumped. Honest. :rotfl:

So when a MAN is beating up HIS ELDERLY MOTHER in the street, how would you stop them? Harsh Language? Bribery?

I have seen people standing around watching or walking past when a woman was attacked in the street. I always wondered what sort of person they were, I have an idea now.

Ok, I've amended doug's question for you to reflect DV. Perhaps now you can answer?

I'm sure Doug can construct his own straw men without your help.

  • I must say, I'm disappointed by the number of people leaping to the defence of someone else's violent conduct.
While I am disappointed that anyone would jump so quickly to make someone out as a child abuser when they don't know the full story.

What strawman? Do you even understand what a strawman argument is, I accepted your agument verbatim and you seem to offended by that?

    I can live with that.
