    Its up to date.

Can you update the Three section? Current sim only plans do allow tethering up to the overall limit for the plan or 4GB if plan has unlimited data.

EE don't do unlimited data? Do you mean T-Mobile?

Yeh, same again. Very much unlimited.

Official policy is that you can't text more than 300 unique subscribers per month but no one's been contacted because of it.

That policy is in place to stop people sending out spam messages to 100's of different numbers at a time. The policy isn't there to affect consumers like yourself.

My daughter is on an unlimited data tariff with Tesco.

Last month she used 3.25gb and they slapped her with a £33.75 bill.

When I complained they told me unlimited meant 1gb and their fair use policy meant they didn't charge for anything up to 2gb but charges applied after that.

I asked how a tariff that was advertised as unlimited could have a limit and they waffled on about fair use.

They have offered to wave the bill on the understanding that they won't do it again but I am reluctant to accept a limit on an unlimited tariff.

Can anyone tell me what my chances would be going down the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme route?

I wasn't aware tesco even did unlimited data?

Do you have details of your contract in writing?

I have read the first post but just wanted to make sure - I may make 8 hour calls once a week from my mobile.... I have unlimited minutes.

Is this covered in my vodafone plan? I don't want a month to go by and find a 300 quid bill...
My Goal: From 1st of Jan 2015 to 31st of December 2015 is to save 30000.

    48.78% towards 2015 target.

    105.3% towards 2014 target. :j

You need to check the T&Cs as to whether there's a time limit per call before charges start applying. E.g. with landlines there's often a 90, or even 60, minute maximum allowance per call before charges apply. (So you hang up before that period elapses and redial).
