I've probably been to less than 6 bbqs in my life.
I just love the whole idea of the excitement of a bbq'd burger .... and some bowls of sides and some bread rolls .... all on a plastic plate; with an option for having seconds.
I invited you over a couple of months ago and you declined. We could have had BBQ.0 -
we have a cobb. and we buy the cobb stones (posh briquette things). the whole thing goes into a dishwasher
No other reason we would have a bbq really. it is a lot of faff for grilling some stuff.
Blimey - never knew such things existed. That looks neat.
Then I saw the price and I thought of all the fray bentos pie tins that'd pay for
You say "the whole thing goes into a dishwasher" ... I've never had one.
How hard is it to clean by hand in a small kitchen sink?0 -
I saw a little camping stove (bl00dy expensive) that uses little sticks/leaves you collect and then produces enough power to charge up your USB/similar.0

I can recommend Evernote for gathering your ideas together.
http://www.evernote.com - signup and download the software to your PC (or you can run it online).
Then browse for things you like. You can just "clip" a webpage and it copies it all over, or you can select a portion and "clip" just that bit, or you can clip just the url.
Then, you type in some tags to sort it all out. e.g. sofas, rugs, curtains, bedroom. You can have as many tags as you want.
Then, once you've got 10,000 items in your list ..... you can just type in the top box to find what you're after again. You can use a combination of clicking on the tag (or tags with Ctrl and Shift) and use the top box. e.g. if you had found 200 lovely rugs, 50 for the bedroom ... and had tagged the 200 as rugs, bedroom, living, kitchen, hallway .... then you could click on the tags for rugs and bedroom and type in the top box "green" and it'd find all the green ones you wanted for your bedroom.
Love evernote. I've four accounts
When you're out you can access your account on a poshphone and if you're in a shop you can take a photo and add that - and/or compare the price of the one you're looking at with one you've already spotted online.
I've got 1064 yummy recipes and pictures of food in one of my accounts.
Is that easy to arrange?
You can use this website to find more storage for free.
Wuala, sugarsync, box all come recommended forf mac/PC. Some services like Copy.com give quite a lot (15Gb) free.
What's the apps for android that NPs find most useful? I've loaded a few but feel I'm missing out. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

Better to get the frying pan out then sit in the garden to eat it. But then it's not the same. Maybe the answer is a camping stove and camping frying pan in the garden for singles!
My DD has a camping BBQ, folds down to a tidy box file size. Very suitable for a small barbie...sausages, burgers, chicken, kebabs, steaks and chops..or yummy aubergine, cougettes, peppers. It will not have been too costly - and I think it is pink.
We have a Webber kettle bbq, I think it is called a smokey joe. decided on this because I was googling and it appeared to be the export item of choice for USAF personnel stationed in Germany.
It is very good, does not dry small pieces of meat out and is great for cooking joints.0 -
