Chatty folks on here!
That is where I am, right now!
Just got back from a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. Amazing experience, ticked 2 boxes as I'd never been in a helicopter before.
You lucky thing... I'd love to do that. It is definitely on my to do list. Do you take the helicopter from Vegas or do you have to drive to the rim and go up locally?
Want to hear all about the Venetian too. Did you get to go on a gondola? Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I was looking for cheesecakes that used philly but didn't use any other cream .... because I'd have to buy the other cream in specially and so it'd never happen.
I think it's worth a go .... ignore the "greek cream cheese" and just use full fat philly; page even says you can try other cream cheeses.
Worth a go .... it's also scalable down to just a couple.

Not sure what cool whip is .... but that's findable by googling to substitute something British.
It says on the tub a mix of cream cheese and greek yoghurst, so I guess you could blend the two together and see how you get on. Philly might me a bit too firm otherwise.
Cool whip is kind of white fake cream stuff. It is horrid. You could substitute whipping cream or fake whipping cream and it would be much nicer. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I am not terribly well organised, but one of the few things I manage to do is add data to my PDA. I have a memo with all the family's NI nos., NHS nos., UTRs, etc, which gets used on average around 5 or 6 times a year. There's obviously a time-cost in adding the data, but the time saved beats it hands down.
That reminds me - I ought to add passport numbers, as these are required now to book airline tickets. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Why do they give you a UTR when you presumably have a National Insurance number?“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0

Seeking out moments of dry we have painted an outside corner of a barn where fencing is going this week. Hoping it dries in a very short space of time.
Now debating the colour of the weatherboard on the barn......the paint colour of the masonary is as near as damn it to this

And we cannot decide whether to paint the weather boarding a silvery grey or black, it would probably be all too much in the same colour we think.0 -
Minimum stake on blackjack is 15$, we may go next door where it is less. Roulette here is 1$ chips but a minimum of 15$ each go!
Gambling as entertainment is fine, just as long as people understand the cost. At a $15 minimum bet, roulette is costing around $1 per spin of the wheel (as there are two zeroes in Vegas). That's expensive entertainment for something that is frankly not very riveting.More often than not, my weekend mornings begin at 9. Not this morning though.

Well done! Remember what you wrote before - it's a pass or fail, so don't get hung up on perfecting it.vivatifosi wrote: »I went to Vegas in '94 and it was certainly true then. Interesting place Vegas. If you don't gamble or drink, like me, then it's a really cheap place to holiday. The restaurants are really cheap (to draw in the gamblers) and there's plenty to do.
Well done for gaming their system!
On toilets in bathrooms - peeing in company does not phase me at all. Men are used to this because public loos have a row of urinals. But pooing in company is simply not for me.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
