Its the most beautiful evening, the bluest blue imaginable, and the foliage outsideis lush as lush can be.

Then what do we do with Cornwall and west Devon...that's what they do isn't it?
I like clotted cream but hate the crust. DH has my crust.
We were just having an inappropriate adult phone conversation where he poured a cold hose on something my saying it was as good as clotted cream crust. He said the nice peoe would like clotted cream crust, and I said that judging on the fifty fifty on mushrooms I wouldn't be sure, and felt confident making a bet.
Now that we find that chewy actually comes up positive on something....and that its the crust of clotted cream, I am a little wrong footed. That doesn't happen that often.0 -
Clotted cream - yes
The crust - yes if it's with plenty of the stuff underneath
Clotted cream ice cream - dead waste of clotted creamDo you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

my way works better
But you don't get any butter.
I don't think anyone can get more cream on than DH with the cream on top method.
DH once ate a whole tray. ( as in a big tray, not a little pot) of clotted cream because they wouldn't let him fly with it. He washed it down with gold top milk and then thought he was having a heart attack on the flight.0 -
Clotted cream - yes
Crust - no thanks
Scone, then butter, then jam, then cream.
I've got some clotted cream and golden syrup ice cream lurking in the freezer - it is yummy0
