That's more like butt balls..... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anal_beads (not sure if that'll get through the filter)

I laughed at the comment about counting them in and counting them out.

It's peeing down out there..... and there's thunder/lighning 4 miles away. All gentle, summer storm and steady vertical rain... not raging/scary storms.
When I used to visit the US a lot, they sold weird cassettes under the slogan "the future of music isn't music" - it was sound of rain in cities. I can see why that's got a market. I used to live next to the main Glasgow-Striling road and the traffic never really stopped day ornight. I found if I went anywhere too quiet it took a while to adjust to sleep in the silence. Rain would suit a weegie really well. Thunder less so (too far north for much thunder/lightning).

You are right. Have you seen which direction people are usually going on ice rinks? On telly or movies?

it depends on whether they are north or south of the equator. if the ice rink is on the equator they just go in a straight line until they hit the surrounding wall and fall over in a big heap.

No water AGaIN. Getting a bit tedious now. I need to clean the floor at some point, and try and do that painting, for which I need some water.

This question about whether to skate clockwise or anti-clockwise on a skating rink reminds me of a joke:

As a senior citizen was driving down the freeway, his car phone rang. Answering, he heard his wife's voice urgently warning him, "Herman, I just heard on the news that there's a car going the wrong way on 280. Please be careful!"

"Hell," said Herman, "It's not just one car. It's hundreds of them!"

So, the BIG news today is that somebody called Kate has gone into labour. About as exciting as Big Brother. :(

The whole thing is abhorrent. Just leave them alone. Tell us when its over with and they have had time to get to know each other a little.
