I think other countries do quote larger numbers. I wonder what's the maximum number of portions you can eat without overeating?

There is no maximum a iui, of a variety of veg if you are
Aerating within your nutritional requirements (I.e. not gaining weight, not getting too much of stuff you don't want too much off.
And b: also getting enough nutrients not easily found in veg with in that

An example of over eating something good for you I can most easily think of as being oily fish. I have a friend who ate so many carrots she looked jaundiced. (Oh, viva, there are yellow carrots too but not in normal supermarkets/grocers) and another who ate so many oranges and only oranges in a short time period that she has a fairly violent physical reaction to them now.

    Oh god.

I just lifted my kitchen floor rug ( a tatty casa pupo vintage rug in bottle green and navy complete with vintage holes) and am horrified at the dust underneath it. And I know my house gets grubby with the dogs. Totally awful.

I love uncarpeted floors. Some people say it shows the dust, but you know that'll collect in corners and round the feet of furniture - so it's easy to find/tackle. With carpets .... it's all just hidden and lurking.

Me too, just 3 carpeted rooms left here which will all become solid wood eventually. The Only bit that may stay carpet is the stairs and upstairs corridor, I think wood on these will just be too noisy. Sometimes on rightmove you see carpet in the bathroom - to me that is just gross.
    I think....

Oh, me too, but I do like rugs on the hard floors. This rug (yuckity yuck) is where I do my daily stretching on the floor.

I hate carpets. The idea (especially downstairs and as Michaels says in bathrooms, or ....heave, heave, loos) makes me grimace. It's bad enough sharing a bathroom with a man let alone one with carpet on the floor.

My parents house is completely carpeted (apart from the kitchen and utility room). Its pretty clean though (and a no shoes on inside zone). There are three bathrooms - the main bedroom and what was my brother's room are ensuite, which meant that the main bathroom was/ is 'mine'. Probably wouldn't want to lie down on the carpet in my brother's shower room (its a bit small anyway, even for someone short like me), but it wouldn't bother me at all in my bathroom.
    :)

Edit: I wouldn't fit a carpet to a bathroom though, and the place I eventually manage to buy has carpet in the bathroom or kitchen, it'll be removed pretty quickly!

    Grossest things:

    1. Carpeted toilets
    2. Cats/dogs indoors and specifically in kitchens
    3. Smoking while cooking (touch mouth, touch food, touch mouth, touch food etc.)

Tarte au Citroen I find to be a particularly toothsome way to eat lemons.

Pineapple & apricots are both yellow. Cous cous with (dried) apricot and mint is delicious with roast lamb and red wine gravy. Pretty cheap and tasty too if you get NZ frozen lamb leg and stud it with garlic, rosemary/thyme and anchovies or use shoulder.

Cheese is yellow. Surely cheese can be an honourary vegetable.

I'm afraid that however lovely it is, Tarte au Citroen comes even further behind chocolate covered raisins in the 5-a-day stakes.

As for fruit in savoury dishes - there is just one word for that. No!

Considering that a big portion of airborne bacteria in cities originates in pets it's quite amazing that pet ownership is considered to be a good thing healthwise. Pet owners have to develop a bit of a mental blind spot about this or it would do their heads in.

But only if it's a yellow Citroen. Would be fairly safe with Tarte au Citron though. [pedant mode off]
