:) you can't buy mine online. I had the prescription done one year in asda (special offer) but they were terrible. I have terrible astigmatism and they have to line up perfectly else get headaches :(

I've been enjoying the Public Service Broadcasting album this week.
They create all the music themselves, but all the "vocals" are cuts from old public service information films. Each track has a theme (eg the postal service, road safety/speed limits and so on).

    Very good stuff!

That is good. I'll post Home by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros
    Enjoy!

Edit: I've had to buy two PBS albums now! Thanks lj! This is supposed to be a moneysaving site!:o

Guest room? As you're likely to spend less time in there personally, then you'll move it a lot less?

No guest room ATM. Just ripping one out this week. It will be a while till we change that and put two guest rooms in and the shell fr two more.

He gets years and years out of his frames, which is some consolation.

Last year, after the eye problems I slipped to an optician, mainly for the second opinion on eyes, Ad they said my vision was perfect. :). I told them then, about the papilodeama (most opticians see this and tell the customer to get to eye clinic so i have been told. ) and he looked again and couldn't see it. Made me decide not to get my glasses at my local mr t opticians, that's for sure.

    £450.
Never had my eyes tested. Been having to wear glasses for tiny/coloured print in bad lighting (e.g. instructions to nuke a ready meal by the light of a low energy lightbulb) ... so I got some £1 glasses at Poundland :)

    Never had my eyes tested.

    :naughty:

    Fail.

You need to get your eyes tested to make sure you do not have the start of diseases that could result in you losing your sight if not treated early. eg glaucoma.

The thing with eye tests is that it is pretty easy to get a voucher for a free one and start from there...
