Nothing worse than having something brought up when you're somewhere to forget it
I think she knows its tough love, while she gnashes her teeth at those of us who nag.

A note for waitrose whoopsie bargain seekers.
Waitrose in barbican, caviar reduced from £16o to £80 and £80 to £44.
I know PN likes a good bargain on basics like eggs.0 -

I've never had caviar..... it doesn't sound nice. "fish eggs"... eeeewwwwwwww.
Tastes salty. And sort of......softly sour. It's a nice taste. The best thing for me though (because I have NO selective ability over caviar, I even like vegetarian caviar) is the texture. It's a bit like grown up savoury popping candy, or bubble wrap for the mouth. Pop, pop, pop of salty richness.
Btw, he didn't buy it0 -

(Fwiw I am not matching today, and wearing a not great crop top style bra (dusky pink, knickers coordinate and are floral, but do not match) because I am having a physio session today for which I find underwires bras less comfortable as I get rolled around and manoeuvred.
Thanks for ruining my afternoon as I then had to wonder what underwear everyone else in the open plan office might be wearing and there are only 2 who I would actually want to find out (if I were single of course)PasturesNew wrote: »Yes, I was in Asda today and didn't get eggs as I knew I'd be passing Lidl later where they're 89p for 10.

Feeling really screwed up.
DD has been asked to make an address at our friends funeral on Tuesday.
It is an honoured but painful responsibilityand I have puposefully have steered clear of offering contributions, commentating or asking her about it as it her personal reflection. I can verge towards controlling so I do try to keep myself in check as she is an adult (reading Nikksters posts has really helped me think how an adult woman 'child' might perceive my natural style.
DD has written what she will say tonight. Just a few minutes ago she came down seeking "something" from me, I did not jump in but in answer to teh points she made gave my suggestion and some examples. WRONG.
We have immediately clashed and she has fled from the room telling me my input was not wanted.
I know we are all a bit fragile but that includes me. I cannot do right for doing wrong it seems.0 -
