Although sunny outside, it's like winter in here... hands are icy. Top criteria for a house is sun streaming in all day long!0

IF 8% below asking knocks off all your profit, it sounds tight to start with.

I wonder if they'll buy it to spend more money on it, to put it back on .....0 -

Is a white dress compulsory? I couldn't tell one person from another .... in fact I thought it was lots of photos of the same person.0

Well, it was a partial success. I have made what taste like no added sugar and fat free flapjacks.0 -
Inspected the aftermath of a new client today.....excellent, very happy. The other new one isn't going to be a client very long I fear. Broken a golden rule (being catty about other clients) and a second less grevious one, lack of self sufficiency. I expect to do a certain amount of 'interface' but yesterday was approached over eight times in an hour with really crazy requests and questions. This is after I have done what I consider adequate interface. She also complained because I took a day to reply to her non urgent email on the day she knew I wasn't around (emails sent in advance with emergency contact details etc etc) and she called me that day with non urgent enquiries when I was having a day off. I actually think she was passing the time of day with me couched in a query to sound like it wasn't just that. It's been a few months and nearing the end of the trial period. I hate telling people 'no thanks' especially when its handy. I can cope with pestering (though when dh is home it's a pain) but the cattiness is an absolute sacrosanct no no for me. Sigh. She's a really good payer so its a shame!0

How about explaining the rules to her and seeing whether you can try it for a bit? That way, if she changes her way, you win, if not, you get to the same result anyway. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Oh, she knows the rules, they have been explained, and discussed very thoroughly before anyone is allowed to join us. often theyi scare people away at all, which is part of the point of themand the were re explained at the first 'did you see x do....' Attempt and each to e since. I know this type, they are not bad meaning but cause problems. It's one think to 'b1tch' to me about others (I still don't want it) but if it happens to me then it will happen about me to other clients or potential clients or whoever. It's a vital part of the way I do things that the environment is comfortable here for clients of all sorts and both species) and the rules mainly centre on that being provided....the running your mouth is usually a poor attempt to make friends, and I see it for that and not a bad meaning thing at all, but nevertheless, its both a loaded gun and something I don't expect clients to deal with, nor do I want to clutter my head with. Client is also not terribly knowledgable and draws wrong conclusions which is a shame.
The requests and pestering is different, you cannot ban it, and it can cause welfare issues if turned away, even if you are very certain it's not a required question I have to take it.it's my job:D. If the questions are needed then the person is not safe to be here without supervision and I. Frankly, do not want to provide full time supervision.
Edit, for logistical reason that most people wouldn't consider and she will not realise its fairer to her to say now no rather than let her remain my client for summer when she will be least hassle! Business like mine are more open to new clients in the summer months than they are the winter months generally.
She had problems at her last place, I understand, where she was bullied (not uncommon) and is rather self conscious, which is fine. She justifies her self a lot and I do my best to reassure. I am not the best for her either, I am not a strong advocate of the discipline she follows, though I am open minded about it its not something I would do with my own time personally. I know someone near me does it and I might try and put them in touch with each other.0
