...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

I don't really wear it, so it would be a waste. I have a couple of necklaces which I mix about and there really isn't any need for anymore.

I feel similar. I love jewellery but its fairly low priority for me. However, it has been pointed out to me that sometimes the stuff fluke this is not just for my pleasure. He bought be an opal ring at Crufts. (And a cat instead of engagement ring). We seem to have pets and jewellery confused a bit.

Nope....I do have my ears pierced but only wear ear rings once in a blue moon. Bracelets have never really floated my boat.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Tufted duck, now called Ahim, now has a tufted duck wife with him. (No name yet). Creaky seems to be single still.

... killing someone for giving you a nice plant would be a touch excessive.

My theory is good bath stuff is medicinal and not in the least girly. Warm water to sooth muscles, and good scents to ease the mind.

Absolutely nothing self indulgent about that. :D
I dream of a bath.... oh to have the luxury of living somewhere large enough to have a bath. So many tiny spaces now squeezed for every Rent £ possible only have shower rooms.

Not sure what budget is, or whether friends/family could all contribute but how about this?

I know it's not cheap but I love the sound of it.
Sue's ropey motor wouldn't get her across country and back.... and the petrol'd be about £80.

Trust me, I am dreaming of a bath too.

I am so looking forward to a hotel bath, reliable hot water. Most couples have dirty nights at hotels, we are planning on an exceptionally clean one, bathing and bathing and bathing. :).

2 things I did this week:

    1. I set a personal best for the record number of consecutive days alive
    2. I discovered I have a colleague called Atchu (and his name is pronounced like a sneeze).

That is a great name! I need a new duck or something to use that one. I love great names.

Dh has an extremely offensive colleague whose name is rather unfortunately apt. If you have a name like that I think it's better not to live up to it.
