just wanted to let those who know me, that my darling Bess had to be put to sleep yesterday. Very, very sad.

I have good news - the dining table is gone!:j Buyer was very happy, I'm happy with the space. It's all good. Now to get rid of the sideboard...

Hugs. It's so hard to say goodbye, but TG we have the chance to end suffering for the animals we love.

Got rid of a pair of awfully 'molly' unworn sandals today, bought mail order. They are earmarked for a charity car boot.

Also out, various bits of underwear in a size I haven't been for some years and in styles for someone 10-20 years younger..

Plus DS has informed me he no longer wishes to eat potatoes. C. 6lbs of spuds rehomed to friend.
Sweet potatoes are acceptable and are one of A!di's Super 6 this week. 3 bags in, 1 already used, with pork minute steaks, dusted with A!di's new hot n spicy marinade mix, used as a rub, YS asparagus and YS mange tout.

Oh my dear, I'm so sorry for your loss. Please look after yourself.

This poem was given to me 18 years ago when I lost my beloved Max. I don't know where it originally came from but I'm passing it on in the hope it might bring a little comfort to all who've lost loved pets.

I am a bit of a lurker here, the hoarding is pretty much under control, but you good people keep me motivated:D

Just wanted to say commiserations to Byatt, it is hard when we loose one of our 4 legged besties.

ModestyB - tears running down my face now, but lovely words.

Catriona - great news on the table, I hope that the sideboard will soon follow it out.
