What is the general consensus to the quality of Farmfoods products?

Is it really alot cheaper than say Tesco and is the quality as good?

I must learn to look around more. We have a Farmfoods and i've never used it!
Have just discovered one near me. I think its a great place and I was amazed at the prices - eggs 69p for 1/2 dozen, loin lambs chops (the kids loved them) at 3.95 for 8. The frozen fish is just fine too.

Looks like some nice prices on the website, especially if you buy in bulk. Going to finally pop in tomorrow :D

You don't need to buy in bulk. You can mix with anything in the same offer. So instead of buying three chickens, three gammon or three lamb for ten pounds you can get one of each.

I didn't know that. Thanks. Didn't go today after all, forgot it was bank holiday and did something else instead. Maybe tomorrow, time permitting.

I didn't realise that either. Very interesting.

Popped in today and they have some frozen things I would like to try - full freezer at the moment though.

Came out with £2.45 of goods only, but worth a look for the future.

Store was poor though, just four checkouts and weird staff :o

    Docile, robotic and emotionless.

The staff in my local these days are really friendly. :) Must admit they do sometimes take up the whole aisle when filling freezer cabinets though! lol
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
