I noticed that Frylight (Sunflower) spray oil was 99p in Farmfoods this week. 

That's brilliant value as it's usually no less than £1.49 in places like Home Bargains or Aldi and £2.60 in Sainsbury's!!

If you use a lot of this type of thing I recommend investing £9.99 in a Misto spray and a bottle of ordinary sunflower oil - it should work out much cheaper long-term
