Bought 2 pks of regular size tomatoes 'on the vine' last week. Each pack was 500g and paid £1.20 for the 2 pks. 10 good-sized tomatoes, cost £1.20 per kilo. Another F/Foods bargain.

The trouble with my store is that the fresh stuff sells out quickly. I always call in there after I've been to Aldi so don't want to risk there being no tomatoes (or no cauliflower which seems to go fastest) left. I'll have to change my habits and go to FF first!:rotfl:Seriously though, the reason is that my FF is near the Sainsbury's where I go to top up with anything not available in Aldi. I'm trying to avoid wasting more on fuel than I save in bargains.
