Ours has the Gold Marmite for £1.50. Our local ASDA has it on "sale" for £4!!!

It's also added another chiller with fresh fruit (£1 punnet of grapes!) fresh meat and veg. Picked up some Cumberland sausages for £1 which at 57% meat is not bad at all.

apologises if its been mentioned (I haven't read the whole thread) or if its a regular thing but I went to a farmfoods for the first time today and was amazed to find the small 500ml bottles of cokes ect (they had loads of different ones) for 45p. We don't drink fizzy drinks but they had drench for the same price (although you can also get drench 2 for £1 in poundland)
  • Yesterday I spotted Typhoo Green Tea at 2 boxes for £1. There were a couple of other varieties but I have forgotten what they were sorry! Also, for any veggies out there, I saw 2 Linda McCartney Cannelloni for £1.

I've never been to farm foods but the nearest one is a 20 minute drive & having 4 other supermarkets in my local vicinity I don't tend to shop there. I wonder how much they are paying Chris Moyles to do the adverts lol! :D

My local one is about a 15 minute drive, but I go there for toilet rolls, extra strong cheese at £5 a kilo, and whatever bargains I spot. They often have chocolate with a short shelf life . They were selling Cadburys choc coated popcorn recently for 19p a bag, usually over £1, and 130g(?) Maltersers pouches for 39p, Colgate toothbrushes for 29p. You never know what will be there :)
