FlexPlus new card warning!

Options
A quick warning to anyone who's upgrading to a
Nationwide Flexplus account:

My new card doesn't seem to work online, for chip and pin transactions or in my pin sentry for online banking. I haven't tried it in a cashpoint yet.

Annoyingly, I cut my previous bank card up before trying the new one. NW don't know what the problem is yet...

How did you get your card so soon? My upgrade only went through today and it appears the card hasn't been ordered yet?

Unless you got a new account and not an upgrade, of course.....

I've managed to log in with no issue and note that my Flex Account was ported to Flex Plus with tomorrows date as I registered for the upgrade last Sunday.

I've received a pack but no replacement card or cheque book yet.

Have you received your silver Flex plus debit card? Yes you can login in without the card its wether you are having troubles using the card reader and new flex card to login.

I don't have a third card show up on my online banking when entering my customer number (just the 2 current cards I own are in the list) - normally when a new card is ordered it appears in the list within a day or so.

Rather that talk to the front line ask for the cards team. They may have a idea on the issue.
