STILL no card.
I'm concerned my old card will stop working soon at this rate LOL.
I upgraded on the 10th. When I was with LTSB it only took 2 days to get a replacement card. If I get it tomorrow (which I doubt) it would have been 18 days.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
I made an online payment with mine yesterday and went through fine, not tried using it in an ATM or making a payment in a store yet.
Whilst really friendly (customer service) opening my account has been a huge pain in the bum... hopefully they'll get better in time!0 -

I rang up yesterday expressing my concern that the card had not yet arrived. The CSA confirmed there had been issues sending out invalid cards. He marked the yet un-arrived card as damaged (so it would still work for 21 day, if it ever arrives) and ordered another one which is now showing on the login screen.MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%

Likewise.... I've just sent them a secure message saying that I am a bit concerned over the delay in issuing the new cards and hope to have a response soon.
Following my secure message I received the following response:
"Dear Mr ,
Thank you for your message.
I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
I confirm we had an issue with some customers that upgraded to FlexDirect where the cards were ordered but not delivered.
I have today requested to extend your previous debit cards and confirm your new cards will be with you within 7 working days.
I would like to thank you for contacting us. If you need anything else, please reply to this message.

Presumably this response relates to FlexPlus too as this is what my query concerned.0 -
Apparently my card came in the post today.
