I've not even received my card yet, not sure if I want too either with the amount of issues0

This is what they said:
'I am sorry to learn that you have not yet received your FlexDirect card which was ordered from our supplier on the 10 March.We have been advised by our card supplier that they have experienced delays in dispatching cards on current accounts that have been migrated from a FlexAccount to a FlexDirect account. Please rest assure that your existing card will continue to work whilst you are waiting for the new one to arrive. The FlexDirect cards have been produced and will be delivered as a matter of urgency.'0 -

And yeh, 4 defaults and one CCJ from 20080 -
