My Flex plus is 4751 450 -
Mine too. Why would that be a problem?0

Does anyone remember when RBS/Natwest moved to Visa Debit cards and the issues that ensued for the first few weeks with the new card number ranges?
Actually, aren't they 4751 xx too?
PS: Does your new card appear in the login section where you select a card to login using your cardreader? If it doesn't it may mean the cards aren't active?I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. Thanks. I'm assuming they've not ordered my card yet as it's not appeared in the drop-down box yet. Maybe they've identified an issue as I upgraded the same time as BugsyBrowne.

Is the issue that your pin has not been written to the card. Perhaps a "Pin Change" at a Nationwide cash till will rectify the problem. e.g. Change the pin to something else and then change it back again. Alternative the card may be pin locked - also enabled at a cash till.MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%

I don't think it's the pin as you can enter the number without problems at a cashpoint, but when you try and withdraw cash, print a mini statement etc it says to contact the card issuer.
Also, online payments don't seem to work either.0 -
It could possibly be retailers have not updated their BIN database to enable for the cards to be accepted.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0

It was for Natwest/RBS.... after several WEEKS.
However if the cards are not working at a cashpoint then there is a basic error somewhere.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019.
