Congrats Stebiz! That is an absolutely amazing result!

Can I join the challenges? I'm more a Dragon than an Angel, and I'm back at the gym as of yesterday (almost bloody killed me!) but I have no idea what the London to Sydney challenge is, I can't find an original post about it, but I'll do it - anything to spur me on and get me ready for the big big big (its that big!) reveal in July!

Can I post an hour of cross trainer (don't know if cross trainer counts but I cannot run to save my life!) for yesterday, and will post today's gym loveliness tomorrow.
  • It's 21hrs 30m exercise by the end of the month, same as flying London to Sydney. Welcome aboard.

That makes sense...(slinks off without looking too embarrassed)!

    Thanks :)
  • Sorry for the late weigh in.

    Have STS.

Exercise wise I've done 2.5 hours 2 hours were body balance, half an hour running. I also took the kids swimming which I thought about claiming as my DD is only 2 and she spent most of the time holding onto my shoulders whilst I swam lengths. Decided not to though as I wasn't pushing myself.

DH nearly on his shift break so hoping to up the exercise to 6h+ next week and shift some weight! Well done to all those who have lost weight :T
  • Well done Stebiz :j That is really good start.

I managed to dust off my old Wii Fit yesterday and managed 60 mins free running, and other cardio exercises, before playing tennis left handed (right was operated on last week) for another 60 mins. I never realised how quickly you re-train yourself to play with the other hand after 10 games loosing I finally won a game!!! So think I might do a little of that everyday as physio for my left hand.

Last night I managed to get my OH to make room for my treadmill so hope to get walking on that today did I read somewhere about a DVD to use? could somebody post the details please as I get really bored on the treadmill.

Have a good day everyone :)

Hello. I'm new to MSE and just browsing through the forums. Can I possibly join this one please?

I am getting married Feb 2015 and just had a baby..... put on 4st :O when pregnant so need to get it shifted.
Just started doing some light exercise the other day to start with. Its going to take me a while as I cannot do anything high impact as I have a muscle condition but I got myself a treadmill for walking.

Have - 65lbs to lose in 12 months

    Hiya minmac.

    I lost 2lb. :D

My leader made a mistake last week subtracting and I never noticed until I looked at my book today. I lost 6lb over the Christmas holidays (there was no classes for 3 weeks) and not 5lb like I thought. That's 2 and a half stone now. I'm very happy.
  • Hi Minimac :)

Well done stebiz and jackieb :j

Been back at the gym for another hour today - think it's fear of stepping on the snazzy new scales tomorrow that encouraged me!!
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j
