Well last Tuesday I went to the docs. Clinically obese at 19 stone. Real health shock for me as he pointed risks out of Diabetes and all kinds. 3 lovely children so don't want to kick it early.

    Lost 8 Pounds

Mixture of diet and exercise now 18'6 pounds
Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies

Usual indoor/outdoor cycling exercise with one mega calorie day. So things balanced out with STS.

    Hi all

Apologies for not checking in last week, the evil chest infection that I've had for 5 weeks now decided to rear its ugly head.

Haven't been to the gym, but managed to lose a whopping 7 POUNDS!!!! Now down to 11 stone and 11 pounds, hoping to go to the gym tonight and take out my utter frustration on it!

Hope everyone else has a good week, hugs to those who need them and a kick up the tush for those who need them too!

I've ditched the council gym and rejoined the Virgin Active gym near work. Bless them, they still had all my old training records from a couple of years ago, and they remembered me as the impatient one always queuing for them to open the doors at 6.30. Plus I got a reduced corporate rate thank to my employer, no joining fee, and the rest of January free. More classes than you can shake a stick at, a veritable multitude of machines, 25m pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steamroom, massive free weights section, and huge floorspace for things like TRX, kettlebells and ViPR. Plus a machine that measures bodyfat % and muscle mass - they give you a printout and recommend that you redo it every 4-6 weeks. What's not to like? :) I'll be there at 6.30 tomorrow morning, and having an induction/personal training session Monday evening.

  • Sorry for the late weigh in - combination of dodgy scales and dodgy internet access!! I've lost 3lb this week :D

Also I've done 11 1/2 hours of exercise this week, have been fitting in a Leslie Sansone walking DVD whenever I can, and the OH and I have been keeping very active with lots of gym trips, badminton, walking etc!

I've now bought some snazzy new scales which measure your body fat too, so that delight awaits me tomorrow.....
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j
