I had a rubbish Friday and Sunday. Been good today. I hope the scales are lenient at my weigh-in on Thursday. I gave away the rest of the mince pies today because I ate 4 over those 2 days. Managed not to succumb to them all over the holidays as well. :o

Anyone else here doing weightwatchers? And if so, are they doing the simple start? I didn't because i've been doing so well with counting my pp. I always have the simple start to try if I stick or just fancy a change.

Just saw your signature with how much you've lost so far. That's amazing! In the big picture 0.5lb on is nothing. Trying to give you advice on losing weight would be like teaching grandmothers to suck eggs. :rotfl:

Not much exercise as busy with wedding preparation with DD who was visiting for the weekend.

1 hour dancing tonight, please Fred.
  • Hope everyone is doing well! It's one financial disaster after another here but trying to stay on plan with food. Dh making shortbread last night didn't help!
