I pulled my socks up this week and managed a -1.6lb loss.
Fred, something went a bit squiffy with the total loss column of the chart last week, I think (my total loss is now 53.4). But thanks as ever for putting it together
I'm getting lots of pleasure at the moment from being a size 14, both top and bottom. I know that's not small, but it's so nice not being a plus size. I'm still in disbelief that everything I try on in that size actually fits. And I feel like I'm not that far off size 12 (the differences between sizes seem to get smaller, the smaller you are).

Thanks Svenena. Yes, still lots of effort - STS since last Wednesday. The house sorting slowed down and not much decluttering really. Didn't get as much of the garden done afterall but have used the indoor and outdoor bike as usual. Calories stayed about the same.0

Feeling better now I've managed to do some proper exercise, just need to carve out more time for it but I'm working weird shifts which is quite a pain at the moment.
