Glad to hear you're heading in the right direction again durham_mim :)

I'm -2.4lbs this week. I've been very slack about tracking my calories recently, so I'm kind of surprised that my weight keeps going down. I think it must be because I've developed better habits over the past year and a half, and am eating less regardless. My once-a-week fast day helps too, and I'm pretty reliable about doing that most weeks.

I'm doing dry June (no alcohol this month), so that'll save me loads of calories too. I may need to have one night off from that for a night out in London in a couple of weeks though. But still, I usually drink once or twice a week, and the calories from that can stack up!

Keep it up everyone. Hopefully the weather will be getting nicer soon, and we all want to have bodies we feel comfortable with in summer clothes! :T

    Hello everyone,

STS since 27/5/15. It's been good to get out very early a.m. on the bicycle or do the garden. The better fine weather has helped.

A mere -0.2lbs for me this week, lol. Better than nothing though, I guess!

Hello all, I'm back! My daughter had to have surgery after all other routes failed. It was tough but she is recovering now. I was away fro nearly three weeks.
Thanks to bedside vigils a, stress etc etc I have lost about 5 pounds. I had hoped it would break my bad eating habits too, I'm trying not go back and give myself the "teats" I used to enjoy, but it's hard.
I'll never eat potato crisps again though after making a weird old pact with who knows that if she came through this ok, I'd give up crips. So I can't possibly go back on that can I?!

Hi, decided to leave weighing myself for now. Not as interested in biking at the moment but have been doing more (light) gardening and doing indoor tasks. However, could do with a change again!

Welcome back Arty - I'm glad your daughter is on the mend - I hope she has a speedy recovery.

I find that with crisps and chocolate if I don't have them for a couple of weeks I don't have them for months/years - however once I start again it's really not good.

Don't worry Dannie - I'll leave you in as a STS when you don't post a weight - it's good to have a break sometimes.
