Hello Artytarty,
It does seem quite a distance thinking of it in terms of a marathon I suppose. The cycling was done over a week. I think people generally use pounds but best for fredsnail to confirm this. Anyway, good luck Artytarty with your goals.0 -
Most people post in lbs but if it's easier for you in kgs I can convert it - just make sure you post that it's kgs so I don't forget.0

Svenena Labyrinthitis is something that started 2-3wks ago, its an infection of the inner ear and makes you feel dizzy. However I also have Chronic Lyme Disease which I've had for years, the symptoms are very similar to ME. The dancing I do is Ballroom, we started learning 18 months ago. 3 other couples started at the same time and we've become quite good friends and really look forward to our lessons/socials. I'm so pleased to have found something that isn't too tiring and I can keep up with. Its also an incentive to weight loss as it means I can wear pretty dresses.

Who knows what this week's weigh in will show. My daughter is in hospital with a collapsed lung. I've gone from being physically unable to swallow from stree to gorging on six bourbon creams! As you might have guessed, I'm an emotional eater.
I've also been bargaining the way you sometimes do. Like, "let her be a,fright and another crisp will never touch my lips" stuff!Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
I hope your daughter has a speedy recovery - there are more important things than diets and you need to concentrate on her and her recovery.
Best wishes to you both.0 -
Thank you. I'm flying to London tomorrow to see her.
I think she is ok but I need to see her with my own eyes.
She's still in hospital.
I'm not giving up my goal here, but I'm not doing a weigh in this week.
Good luck to all who are!Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
