Well done on last week's loss Fred!
I weigh myself 3 or 4 times a week, and it's been bouncing around all over the place recently, and the downward trend has majorly slowed. I need to pull my socks up and be more rigid with both my eating and logging of calories.
Actually, I think alcohol could be largely to blame (this past month I've had my birthday, a holiday and a weekend away with friends, I'm away again with other friends this weekend, plus dating has led to greater mid-week wine consumption). I'm planning to do 'dry' June, so hopefully that will help.
Anyway, the scales settled on -0.6lbs this week.0 -
43 miles for the exercise challenge (indoor biking only) but no weight recorded this morning - "diet" was not as "good" last week (big calorie day, so on average per day ate even more per week than the previous). However, outdoor exercise has increased and has been more varied i.e. walking, biking and gardening.0

Hello everybody, I'd like to join in if you'll have me.
I attended Sw two years ago and lost a stone and a half. In fact I got a bit too thin! People only commented on my weight when is lost too much. I have , of course, ended up putting it all back on and then some.
I'm an emotional eater and I find it really hard not to over indulge.
We have had a lot of people staying with us lately which hasn't helped.ill post my morning weight tomorrow if that's ok.
Are there any rules for taking part in this thread?
