No weight recording today. Was doing about the same as the week before but yesterday some overeating (but less than usual) might have caused a (temporary) weight increase. Best not knowing and to just battle on somehow.0

Oops, I was so busy at work yesterday that I completely forgot to check in. Well done Samiszel for SOTW (especially considering the holiday!), and to Fred for last week.
I was -0.4lbs (Fred, you might as well just add that in next week, please, as I'm going to be on holiday and won't be able to weigh myself). I'm a bit disappointed at another small loss, because I didn't think I'd been that bad over the past week. Oh well; keep on trucking.
I'm not looking forward to wearing a swimsuit next week, but at least I'm a stone lighter than when I last did. I'll try not to pig out too much while I'm away!0 -
