Hi TLAWR, welcome aboard
Good luck with your journey here.
I'm -0.4lbs this week. Only a small loss, but that was to be expected after the big drops I had the previous two weeks. I'm feeling really motivated and enthusiastic at the moment - I can't wait to lose the next 6.8lbs!
I bought a new dress last week which is two sizes smaller than what I was wearing when I first joined up here. I look forward to getting more clothes in this size!0 -
Hi everyone,
Weighed myself this morning and STS since Weds 25/2/15. Think I have been doing a bit better this last week (no overeating and three bicycle outings).0 -

Well done Samiszel and durham_mim - great losses this week :T
I'm -1.40 -
+ 2lb since last Wednesday so that is one stone on since Jan 2014. I thought that I had done similar to the week before (food and exercise). My bicycle outings have been mixed experiences. Sometimes they are enjoyable, or just get disinterested just after a few minutes. Other exercise has been the indoor bike and gardening.0

Congrats to our losers and STSers - commiserations to our gainers - sometimes things don't happen as they should even if you do everything right - keep trying and you will get there eventually.
