Progress this week: -1.6lbs. I've now lost 3 stone, and almost 20% of my original weight.
Please put me down for the 5lb challenge, thank Fred.0 -
STS since last Wednesday. A rate of +2lb on average per month/2015 so fredsnail/everybody, I'll see what (if anything) can be done for the 5lb challenge. Thanks.

Haven't started my Easter egg yet
(Let's see how long it lasts...)
Nobody's checked in yet this week... hopefully because everyone's been off having a fun long weekend. I overindulged on alchohol (four nights in a row, oops), and as a result am only -0.4lbs this week.0 -
Thanks for the Easter wishes fredsnail. Only had one of those mini creme eggs! No overindulging either Svenena although nearly once last week (not alcohol but food). Had two outdoor bike rides (8 miles approx. total) and indoor biking as usual. A lot of the time was spent in the garden which was nice and productive with lots of jobs getting done. My weight STS. I did purchase a couple of new food grocery items afterall in consideration of Svenena's recent suggestion (thanks). Maybe variety was/is needed but also in everyday life too? Hope the better weather continues as this might also help.0
