I totally over-indulged on holiday :o I was fully expecting to put on about half a stone, but somehow I'm only +0.4lbs. I feel like that must be a fluke and it'll go up again next week!

I always find it the hardest thing to get back on the diet after a break, and this is where I've messed up before, and ended up regaining a lot of what I'd lost. I'd really like to try and avoid that happening again.

I'm approaching the time of year where it all went wrong last year, and have exactly the same bad influences coming up - two weekends away with friends in May, and then a period at work which makes regular eating more awkward, and also involves an endless supply of sweets. Really hope I don't fall off the wagon this time around.

Two and a half weeks until my next swimsuit exposure - be nice to get down four more pounds by then. I think that's a realistic aim...
