I weighed myself on Sat and have put on weight since I last posted a weight on here. But have joined a bootcamp this week, which takes place 3 times a week and the trainer is also setting me up with a diet plan. So I shall weigh myself again this coming Saturday and promise to post weight on hereLetting Go NST #17

Congrats to our SoTW - Svenena :j:j:j.
Congrats to our losers and STSers - commiserations to our gainers - don't give up and you will make progress to where you want to be.
Here the final chart for the Eiffel Tower challenge from last month.
Here's the final chart for our Shamrock v Daffodil team challenge this month.

Thanks as ever for the chart Fred :TThings not going well still so I have no weight recording to report this Wednesday. Hope this is not a problem in that it is "spoiling" this thread for others.
Of course not! We're all here for the same thing - support. I think you're doing well to keep checking in - when things go badly for me I go into denial and avoid anything that reminds me about itStay focussed, remind yourself of what you've already achieved and keep trying. How's the cycling going? Hope things get easier for you x

Bootcamp sounds good - someone I'm facebook friends with has had success with one of these. Good luck with it - bet it'll be hard work!0 -
Thanks fredsnail, your message cheered me up. I see you are still progressing with bits of weight loss! Also, Svenena thanks for your reassurance and message. It has been difficult to continue posting each Wednesday night, yet easy to think about the things not going to plan. The outdoor cycling isn't as much as it used to be but the indoor I still do. Today, I have been out which was a change so hopefully, better cycling weather might see the return of some of my previous old self! Anyway, congrats to you (SoTW) and good luck to everyone.0

Not sure what information you need but here's some waffle about me.....
Joining SW this morning from which I'll then update my starting weight.
On home scales I hover anywhere between 14-14.7 stones. Just had a spell of four weeks ill which resulted in me spending 5 nights in hospital. Their scales on discharge showed me at 88kgs which I worked out to 13.12.
I resolved in hospital that I would begin to look after myself a lot better once out and did all my bargaining with God to that extent. The way you do when you get a health fright! Please remind me of this if I fall off the wagon.
I have a family function to attend mid June where one of the other guests is a girl I used to go to school with. She was a horror and bullied my friend. I want to look as healthy as I can so that if she approaches me to chat about 'old times' I'll have the confidence to tell her to sling her hook. It will be the first time I've seen her in 30 years and I don't want to look like I do now.
I'm taking charge of the debt I have in my life and this feels right for me to now take on my weight. It makes me miserable a lot of the time and I'm too long in the tooth to let it continue to do so!
So, can I please join you and bounce off your energy and enthusiasm?
Thanks x

Fred - I weighed myself this morning... not good. Can you please reset my weight loss and I'm re-starting from today's weight. Now with bootcamp on the go, I'm going to really focus on my food intake, starting from right this second!!Letting Go NST #17

I've had my fitbit for about 3 years now and it's fantastic - combined with myfitness pal for logging food it's been a great help.0 -
Thanks for the warm welcome Samiszel & Fredsnail
Well, weighed in at 14.3 this morning so looking to shed 45lbs to get down to 11st. Nice roundish figure. I'll have a look at your challenges over the next couple of days. I'll report my weigh ins each Saturday evening.
