Sorry folks, I decided not to weigh myself this morning. It had been an average dietary intake week and a poor exercise week, setting aside the indoor biking. Yesterday, saw a "huge" calorie day; possibly a result of days of fatty food cravings and other difficulties. Weighing myself would have been counter-productive.0

No problem Danny - I think the weather's not helping either - I've been hungry the last couple of days no matter what I eat0

No one lost weight this week so there is no SoTW.
Congrats to our STSers, and commiserations to our gainers this week - don't give up - this is a long road and this week is a minor step on it.

I didn't manage to check in last week. Over the past fortnight I am +0.4lbs. So not looking good for the 5lb challenge. February is too short a month! Will keep trying.
Good luck all!0 -
Thanks Svenena.
STS since Wednesday 28 January 2015. I have only had one outdoor cycling errand (6 miles approx.), one short walking errand, done daily indoor cycling and gardening. Still wanting and having fatty food but not had an "excessive" amount at once. Could be fading a little though?0 -

Well done on SOTW fredsnail
and thanks for the chart as usual, and your encouraging words.
I just saw your comment above about being hungry whatever you eat, and that is my problem at the moment! I am on board with blaming the weather for this (thanks for the excuse).
