Well done, great loss
Don't worry about it coming up as words (that's the HTML code) - when you hit post the words will disappear and the colour will be there - try it next time!0 -
Hi,
Still unsure what to do about this challenge and no plan made but anyway -2lbs. Just two local cycling trips and indoor cycling daily but at not much speed or difficulty level.0 -
No change for me this week I'm afraid.
Svenena - I took the test too and came out as an Emotional Eater... Would be interested to watch the Horizon programmes as well. Hope they might be on iPlayer.Letting Go NST #17

STS since last Wednesday. No outdoor exercise at all so have been reliant on the indoor bike and not overeating. About the same calories as last week consumed. Using up present food "stocks" moreless and keep doing useful indoor tasks until road conditions improve for outdoor biking.0

STS for me this week, not bad considering that I spent the weekend in a hospice with my aunty before she passed away :-( reminded me that there are more important things in life than obsessing about how I look, however, it's also very important to look after yourself and be as healthy as you can.
Total exercise - 360 mins this week :-)Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0
