Thank you for the chart and the good wishes Fred
-1lb for me this week, pleased enough with that as I didn't stick rigidly to the low carbing, plus am having to scale down the exercise due to IVF medication. I can do 'gentle walking' but nothing else - bizarrely, am quite missing the gym!!
6 hours exercise for me this week, mainly walking…..Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
-1.8, I'm very happy with that, especially as it means I'm back down to -30lbs overall. I'm also within less than six pounds of my previous lowest weight from last year. I can't wait to pass that barrier!
I'm having a big housewarming party on Saturday, which will inevitably mean lots of snacks and alcohol, so don't expect to do very well next week.
I've been doing dry January (ending a day early, for this party), but I think I might attempt dry February as well, because it's much easier to stick within my calorie limits without alcohol!0 -
STS. Been out locally twice on the bicycle, daily indoor cycling and some gardening jobs. Thought I had done a bit better than the week before. Keeping busy/focussed on other things seems to help.0

Next months challenge will be to climb the Eiffel Tower.
The Eiffel Tower has 710 publically available steps from the ground floor to the second floor (for safety reasons you have to get a lift from the second floor to the top). There are 1665 steps from the ground floor to the top.
If you wish to take part please let me know which number of steps you wish to do and you can aim to do as many trips to the top as you wish by posting below.
