Lose Weight 36

Hello everybody,
Thanks for the Christmas Wishes.
Last week I still did the usual exercise (indoor and outdoor cycling) and the weekly calories dropped from the week before. Decided to not weigh myself this morning as I hardly slept (up at 12.40a.m) and hence my eating pattern was disrupted. It's looking like Samiszel is SoTW so what a good start. I will try to post my weight next Wednesday and also will be personally calculating how many miles I cycled outdoors in 2014.
fredsnail - Thanks for your two posts which were much appreciated. Also, "take care" of yourself too; the charts can wait, if this is best for you of course.
Best wishes for a healthy New Year!0 -

Hi Fredsnail, Caeraugirl and all,
Thanks for the New Year wishes. Christmas went quite well thanks; generally and regarding this challenge. The usual routine was maintained concerning exercise and no "overeating". Today's weight was +2lbs but this could have occurred at any point since 10/12/14 (the last time you recorded my weight Fredsnail).
If my weight is the same tomorrow, then +10lbs this year which is all what was lost in 2013. Total miles of outdoor cycling for 2014 was 596.8.
Good Luck for 2015!
P.S. Thanks for the charts etc. this year Fredsnail.0 -

Congrats to our SoTM Samiszel - there were no losers this week so no SoTW, commiserations to our gainers - tonight marks the end of a year, and the start of a new year full of hopes and challenges. Don't give up and you can make your goals.
If anyone wants to attempt the 5lb challenge please post below.
Here's the chart for our team challenge this month.
Next months challenge will be East v West so please post which team you want to be in if you want to join in.
Here's this months challenge chart:
In January the Asian cup is taking place in Australia, each team plays 3 matches in the first week so the challenge in January is to do 90 minutes of exercise 3 times a week (total 270 minutes) - if you wish to do less or more just post below.

Please can I be put down for both the 5lb and the East vs West challenges, aiming to do 30 mins of exercise x 6 a week, on the East team please. I've done 60 mins of walking today so off to a good start...
