Thanks for the "congrats" and charts fredsnail.

Been out today on a cycle ride and spent a short time in the garden. It's been much colder these last few days so am wondering what weather lies ahead this winter?

Hello Fred... It's been a while!

Having enjoyed the break from the thread I took to have a baby so much, I went and had a second. procrastination champion! :rotfl:

Well the littlest 'un is 6 weeks old now so time I started doing some movement and shifting this weight. Again. Need to weigh myself accurately but am hovering somewhere around the 16st mark - will report back on that later and update my sig.

I'm nursing so I WON'T be on a reduced calorie diet, just upping my exercise levels where I can and taking part in the exercise challenges. Can I set myself a target for 15 hours this month please? Picking up my new (hired) baby sling at lunchtime so no excuses

    Congrats and welcome back. :T:T:j:j

Back up again +2lbs. Times running out to lose much (if any) weight based upon what has been gained this year. Bad time of year too as it will probably not be (outdoor) cycling weather. Haven't really ventured out much recently but do use the indoor bike every day plus have done very quick gardening jobs. My dietary plan was about the same as last week. Christmas/New Year period shouldn't be any different.

  • Forgot to post Sat, STS again. Really need a kick up the bottom...

  • -1lb for me this week, and 35 miles walked according to the Fitbit (which is great by the way, much better than all the useless pedometers I used to buy!).

I've started running again and am trying to keep up my motivation that way :)

STS this week, not too bad considering I had two meals out.

    Callanetics: 2hrs

No more ballroom until after Christmas so concentrating on toning up with the Callanetics.

    Thanks for the chart Fred.

Hi, I didn't weigh myself this morning. Just "couldn't face" (maybe) that everything lost last year was now all back on. Added to that, feel dispirited about the year generally and this time of the year holds difficult memories which might lead to eating more. Anyway, setting that aside, I did do more outdoor biking and the usual indoor biking but the weekly calories did increase. Will keep up with the exercise and hopefully "better" dietary management!

P.S. Please could somebody confirm that 31st December is the last weight recording day before the new challenges begin again?
