Hi Fred, I would like to be a fairy please
No problem with me on the exercise front, getting loads, but I'm still not losing weight - actually managed to put on 1lb last weekI was really disappointed, I thought I'd done enough to merit losing a little bit but apparently not. The only thing I can think to try is being very strict with food, but that will be tricky with meals out coming up, there's not always much choice on the set menus.
In better news, my total debt is down to £19K from £25K around 18 months ago :jFinally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
Please could I be a STAR and I'd like to do the London to Lapland 2005 miles challenge too please.
Thanks for the chart Fred.Weight loss 0/2st

Hi Fred
Could I please be a star (not graceful enough to be a fairy!) and put down 3 hours 23 mins for my challenge - hope to smash it but 33 hours was a bit too high a bar for me this month.....#21 Save £12k in 2025 £16977.35/£20000

Hi, nice thread and I really like all your tips here for losing weight. Anyway, my way of staying fit is by walking around our village. I think it could be the best for me:)0

Well done :j0 -
STS for me this week. Sigh. Between the weather, the dark nights and the Christmas parties, I'm finding it really difficult to have any motivation...
I did walk 40 miles in total last week but it's clearly not enough! Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
-2lbs since last Wednesday. The calories were less whereas the exercise consisted of gardening and biking (mainly the indoor bike). Presently trying to use up fridge freezer "food stocks" therefore enabling a better dietary plan for the start of next year.0

Hello Fred... It's been a while!
Having enjoyed the break from the thread I took to have a baby so much, I went and had a second. procrastination champion! :rotfl:
Well the littlest 'un is 6 weeks old now so time I started doing some movement and shifting this weight. Again. Need to weigh myself accurately but am hovering somewhere around the 16st mark - will report back on that later and update my sig.
I'm nursing so I WON'T be on a reduced calorie diet, just upping my exercise levels where I can and taking part in the exercise challenges. Can I set myself a target for 15 hours this month please? Picking up my new (hired) baby sling at lunchtime so no excuses :cool:If it doesn't move, eBay it until it does
