    + 2lb since last week so back up again. Still doing the biking and gardening along with trying hard to eat "healthily". However, a recent bad experience seems to have made this challenge more difficult.

    Apologies but there won't be a chart tonight as I've been at the hospital all yesterday and last night with my Grandfather who passed away this morning.

    I will do the chart tomorrow or Friday when I feel a little more normal after some sleep.
