Have just clocked 5 miles on my bike, riding back from garage where I've dropped off car for service. Only a little hilly so made it more of a workout by doing 30 second bursts at full pelt - was knackered by the time I got home!#21 Save £12k in 2025 £19277.35/£200000 -
I had planned to do a run this morning before DH went out with boys, but just couldn't get out of bed. Must do better! I have been keeping up with my dumbbell programme though, rest day today and ache a bit for the first time in a while so must have done some good.
Weigh in this morning, and am -2lb, so pleased with that after last week's STS.#21 Save £12k in 2025 £19277.35/£200000 -

Don't be disheartened, Durham_mim, the hard bit is to keep going even when it's not going so well - looking at your sig you've done brilliantly to now, you're on the home stretch!
Have just doubled the dumbbell weight of my workouts with DH's weights (5Kg is the smallest I can do with his bars and weights). Missed the lower body set yesterday so have done both lower and upper body workouts this morning, think it may work better that way as long as I don't ache too much, so may combine and do 3 times a week instead of one muscle group x 6. May regret that decision if I can't move in the morning lol!#21 Save £12k in 2025 £19277.35/£200000 -
STS since last week. Had more calories and exercise about the same. Still finding this challenge tough. Have been keeping busy indoors, so hoping that at least other things will be achieved by the end of the year.
