  • Sorry, forgot to post after Saturday's weigh in, STS this week - not good to plateau in second week! Dumbbell routine contined for 5 of 7 days and also have 13 mile bike ride to add this week.

    STS. Really thought I'd "got somewhere" last week as ate less, no overeating and some exercise. + 10lbs so far this year but hope things will improve.
