Thank you Fredsnail. :) Sorry if i've confused you but my total loss is 81lb, not 84.5lb. I did lose 3.5lb last week though. I do tend to confuse people easily lol

I got weighed today and i've STS.

Rubyslippers, i'm glad your OH is okay. Still worrying though. Oh and I walked 5 miles one day this week and thought I was doing well, but 36! I think my legs would fall off lol

  • Hi again - so sorry, asked to join then went AWOL! No sure exactly how this works but can see you have Wednesday weigh ins. I've started diet plan yesterday and want to lose at least 2 stone but ideally 2st 4lb, will weigh tomorrow and let you know if any loss, though not expecting anything that quickly. Then will check in at least once a week on Wednesdays. Off to scroll back through the thread to pick up some pointers.....

    Hi,

You can weigh in any day you wish - just post your result by Wednesday evening for it to be included in the chart - I usually weigh in over the weekend as it suits me better.

We have a 5lb challenge each month where you aim to lose 5lb in a month.

We also have team challenges and exercise challenges each month too.
  • Thanks Fredsnail, I realised after I asked that the info is in the sticky at the beginning of the thread too. I started Monday so will post first update next week, and will keep a lookout for next challenges. Thanks again.

Congrats to Durham_mim our SoTW this week.

Well done to all our STSers and commiserations to our gainers - don't keep looking back - you can't change the past so look to the future as that is what you can change. :T

Here's the chart for our team challenge this month - US (for the US open) v China (for the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships).

Well done to everyone taking part.

  • Hi all, sorry for the late post, busy day at work today!!

-2lb for me this week and 36 miles clocked up on the Fitbit. Hopefully the scales will continue to go in the right direction...
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j

    Well done Durham_mim :)

Weigh-in this morning and I lost 2.5lb this week. Very pleased with that. 3lb would've been nice to make total lost 6 stone but i'm wearing jeans today as my thinner (ie lighter!) trousers are now too big. :D
  • Thanks for SOTW but there are others who've lost more than me.

Weighed a day earlier as I'm away Sat & Sun, and its a STS
    Ballroom: 2 hrs

Cut back on the exercise this week as was struggling with energy levels but will be back to usual routine next week.
