Well done to our losers and STSers this week and comisserations to our gainers - keep going - it's a mystery as to why some weeks there is no progress even though you've been very good or why other weeks you've not been so good but you get a loss. Keep going and it will all even out eventually.

1 1/2 hour walk on the beach today.

Hope the biking was okay as a bit rainy, windy and cold here. Opted for a walk and acquired a big bag of free blackberries, a few elderberries, a tree apple and some beechnuts.0 -

STS since last Wednesday.
Me too, jess444, went on a planned bike ride; about 5 miles but under par.
My ice tray is full of free blackberries and the freezer has loads in too. Expensive to buy in shops!

For the first time ever of my years of doing the chart no one has posted a loss or a gain so no SoTW this week, however congrats to our SoTM Jackieb :j:j:T:T

Well done to everyone taking part - I will keep logging until Sunday and post the final chart next week.
Next months challenge will be the Iron Man challenge - http://eu.ironman.com/triathlon/events/emea/ironman/wales.aspx
The competitors have to swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles (yes one hundred and twelve) and then run a marathon - all within 17 hours.
So your Iron man challenge will be to do 17 hours exercise/walking in the month (or if you wish to do miles you can do 140 miles). Of course as always you can chose to do part of the iron man or just log your exercise and see how you get on.
Please post below if you want to join the Ironman challenge.

I had a 0.5lb gain this week. Going to be extra good this week to get over this wee blip. :A
