Weighed at hosp appointment the other day so can chart be readjusted to -51lb please?
However had a chat with doc and decided not to weigh in each week; doc said it gave me wrong targets. I'll keep popping in to see how you guys n gals are doing and update myself.0 -

If you want to post a result monthly you can - I could average the result over the number of weeks?
Hope you enjoyed your hols, and well done with the loss.:T:T0 -

Hi everyone, sorry for going AWOL for a while. I have been going to the gym lots, doing tons of walking, eating ok and STILL the weight won't shift!! I have STS for two weeks now :-(
Getting quite dispirited really - I haven't stuck to low carbing that strictly any more, but neither have I pigged out big time. According to my Fitbit I walked 43 miles last week, surely that would be worth a half pound loss?!
Strangely enough my friend who is following the 5:2 diet has got to the same point, we're half way along in our weight loss journeys and what worked before isn't working now, we're a bit stuck as to what to do.
Please put me down for the Ironman challenge anyway Fred, whilst I sulk off to have a hot chocolate…..Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -

I've been stuck for 7 months
I started out on a low carb diet and lost 2st, then my weight stuck and I changed to Slimming World but my weight is still stuck. I can't up my exercise because of the ME but now I'm looking at portion sizes to see if that will make a difference.
I've weighed early this week as I'm away Thursday til' Sunday.
Weight: STS
Callanetics: 2 hrs
Will miss ballroom this week with being away but expect to do lots of walking during that time.Weight loss 0/2st
Inch loss = 0"

STS since last Wednesday so a change of plan this month please fredsnail. Is it possible just to log gardening hours? If so, then 3 hours 45 minutes.
Thanks.

Here's this weeks chart:

No losers this week so no SoTW this week.
It gets frustrating when things don't happen but sometimes it just isn't the right time for it to happen - whatever happens you are not a number and you are a person not just a weight - don't get hung up on the number and miss out on life because you're battling to get to a certain weight.
It's not too late for anyone to join our team challenge this month - chose either US (for the US open) or China (for the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships).
Here's the final chart for the Bog Snorkling Challenge:
Well done to everyone taking part.
Here's the first Iron Man chart of the month:
