STS since last Wednesday. Finding this challenge tough (several reasons) so this month will post my weight recording on Wednesday's as per usual with no specific goal and see how things go.

Sorry for the late post - I have STS anyway, nothing exciting to report! I've done 35 miles this week, but it would have been more if I hadn't managed to fall over and twist my ankle :-(Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0

I got weighed this morning and have gained 7lb :eek:
I've been ill and fed up, had the munchies, retaining some water and have pigged out for the last couple of days so it's not a surprise.

No CV as yet, need to get this going as otherwise will never reach 3 miles, yet alone 31!

+ 2lb since last week so it would seem the above approach did not work either:(. I have been busy getting household and garden tasks done (part of another challenge) hoping that would have an indirect positive effect on this challenge. The exercise seemed less and average weekly calories maybe +700 compared to last week.
