34 lengths swimming for me this morning please Fred. Had some classes last week to improve my front crawl. So many things to try to remember, I think it is making me worse. Will plod on with it, would love to be one of those people you see calmly swimming 100's of lengths. Instead I seem to swallow half of the baths and spend a lot of time coughing.
Diet has been awful over the weekend, really struggling to get back into healthy eating.0 -

STS since last Wednesday. Only been on one 6 mile approx. bike trip and anything else has just been local. The indoor bike and a little decluttering has also been done. Just trying to keep busy and eat "healthily" as possible. Soon be 2014 so am reviewing this years health and what to therefore aim for.
Good luck .0 -
