    Hello everybody,

    - 2lbs since last Wednesday.

However, once the snow and ice arrives so more times indoors, I feel that this challenge will become more difficult. Time to plan for December.

Congrats to our SoTW Dannie and our SoTM Durham_mim :j:j

Well done to our losers and STSers this week and commiserations to our gainers - you only fail when you give up, so keep plodding.

If anyone wishes to do the 5lb challenge next month post below and I'll add you in.

Here's this weeks firework team challenge chart:

Well done to the Catherine Wheel team who've won this week and who've won this months challenge.

Next months challenge will be Christmas Cracker or Christmas Fairy - if you wish to take part please post below and let me know which team you want to be in.

Here's the latest chart for the London to Gretna challenge:

Well done to everyone taking part :beer: I will keep logging exercise until the 1st and will post the final chart next week.

Next months challenge will be London to the North Pole (4216 miles) so you can either set a challenge (divide the 4216 by 100 to make it manageable or a fraction of it) or keep logging exercise and see how far you get.

Fred, could you put me down for the 5lb challenge and the Christmas Fairy Team.

I think I will just keep logging my exercise and see how far I get. Have started doing a lot of swimming and think it needs a lot of lengths for 1 mile? Will have to check this out.

    Hi everybody,

STS since last Wednesday. Still have managed to do (grocery) bike trips, including one countryside errand plus indoor biking over the last week. The seasons weather is yet to halt my usual routine. Plenty of decluttering to do if this happens and the indoor bike of course.

fredsnail - I'll keep with the 5lb challenge please. Thanks.
