Hello! Thought i'd pop on and see what happening in here!
I'm still knee deep in DIY, which i'm actually not enjoying a great deal! Mess and disorganisation is hard to live with daily but progress is being made.
I am eating a lot better now, i've tried to clean up a bit after the change of season splurging I was doing.
Hope you guys are doing well, losing lots and maintaining with minimal effort!0 -
Hi,
- 2lb since last Wednesday.
Exercise has included :-
Indoor exercise bike.
A few (light) gardening tasks.
Using the outdoor bike to redo bike rides due to previous mileometer malfunction. i.e. so as to update my yearly mileage.
Also, bike trips in relation to another challenge I am doing.
So fredsnail, I'll keep with the 5lb monthly challenge again please. Thanks.0 -

Disappointed but not surprised. Weight loss = 0 lbs.
At the beginning of the week I was doing well with portion control and calorie counting. Yesterday I sipped up and had a takeaway - at least 2500 Kcals.
I'm going to move on from this. It was bad planning as I went out when I was hungry and got the takeaway on the way home. I realised that I could have probably cooked a simple low cal meal in the same time that it took to order and pick up the takeaway'If you are not in the 'arena' also getting your a55 kicked then, I'm not interested in your feedback.' Thank you.0
