STS since last Wednesday. My exercise is about the same as my last post. Similar to Want2Bfrugal had a 3000+ calorie day which occasionally happens. Must have balanced out somehow to remain the same.0

Hi everyone,
Wow, what a lovely thread, you all seem like very helpful people! I'm in the same boat as coppers, can't afford a slimming club (paying for the gym, and it was a choice between one or the other!) so have been looking for a thread to join on here. I'll weigh myself tomorrow, but have a feeling I have around a stone to lose
I'm also going to aim for part of the London to Gretna Green challenge. It's probably a bit late for me to do much but it would help me to have a target - I'm out and about tomorrow for work so hopefully that will be a few extra steps?!Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
Hi Rubyslippers - many of us have more than a stone to lose so welcome you're among friends - we all have good days and bad days so try to help each other out - keep posting and we'll help you too.
Re the Gretna challenge just keep posting your exercise and I'll add it to the chart.0 -

11st 2lb!! I have 18lb to lose
haven't been in the overweight category for YEARS. It certainly goes on much more easily than it comes off.....
Thought I'd use my new pedometer today to measure how far I actually walk, but can I find it?! No. It's obviously got bored of doing nothing and gone to find someone who actually used it! Still, I may try to pick up a cheapy one at Argos or somewhere later, I never buy expensive ones as I always end up breaking or losing them anyway.
Wish me luck fellow weight loss people, I'm off to have my porridge and (hopefully) start the day as I mean to go on!Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0
