Sorry couldnt get online to post yesterday.
-2lb loss for me this week but that is over 2 weeks. Really struggling to be good at the moment, I think it might be as the weather gets colder. Is anyone else finding they feel like this?DFW Nerd 1394.

Just stumbled across this thread, my husband started a new job about 4 months ago and I haven't met any of his work colleagues yet but we are having a Christmas meal on 7th December and I really really would like to lose some weight before then.
I hope it's ok if I join you guys for that extra encourage I think I'll need!0 -

I know this is "water weight" at the start of a diet but nevertheless I'm pleased.
Haven't done any exercise this week due to very painful back (giving me strong motivation to lose).

Since last week - 4lbs.
Miscellaneous exercise activities have been -
Exercise bike.
Winter tasks in the garden including collecting seeds.
Foraging acorns; bicycled to location.
Collecting groceries/winter stock items via bicycle.
Hope everybody is keeping as well as possible.0 -
